November lesson menu is now available! From going forward, I will note the difficulty level so that you can determine if the level is right for you. 1. Dodeka Focaccia (Easy): This is the BEST recipe for entry level and people who prefer not to knead a dough at all. You will learn the basics of how yeast works! (A popular recipe) 2. Chocolate Stick Bread (Easy/Medium): This is a bread in sticks for easy to eat, with chocolate chips everywhere! This recipe is great start for practicing how to knead a bread and understanding how dough rise works. 3. Anpan using frying pan (Medium/Difficult): This is a Japanese traditional buns filled with sweet red bean paste. We will use a frying pan instead of oven to cook.
