February Lesson Menu is now available, and we are going to learn 1 bread only this month! We will continue to use Zoom (online live class). 1. Milk Cream Bread(Easy/Medium): One of my favorite bread in Japan is milk cream bread. Every time I visit there, I have this bread as much as I can for breakfast, because we don't have this bread in the US. Something similar is maybe sold at Japanese bakeries. This bread is a Fuss-Free bread, meaning very quick and easy to make, compare to as if we bake this in traditional way. 2 mins of kneading time + overnight dough proofing + bake whenever you want.
